We offer complimentary 30-minute phone consultations. This is to ensure that both you and your therapist are a good fit for one another. Research shows the relationship between you and your therapist has the biggest impact on the effectiveness of your therapy.
Our fees for services are as follows:
50-minute individual session is $125;
50-minute couples or family sessions are $150;
On a case-by-case basis, you may choose or we may recommend 90-minute sessions; 90-minute sessions are $200.
How often your sessions occur will be determined by both you and your therapist.
We do not directly accept insurance; however, you may be able to submit a bill to your insurance company to be reimbursed as an out-of-network provider. We will be happy to discuss this further and guide you through this process. **We cannot accept clients who utilize Medicaid; we apologize for the inconvenience and will be happy to help you find one who can.
Payment is required at the time of your appointment. Health savings accounts, cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment. A valid credit card number will be required to book your initial session - we will ask you to create an account through IvyPay, a HIPPA-compliant phone app prior to meeting you the first time.
We require 24-hour's notice for cancellations. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, you will be required to pay the full cost of the missed session. This is because notice allows us to call our wait-list to refill that appointment time; without enough notice, that time-slot cannot be refilled. In the event of inclement weather, we follow the BVSD school district closures and will call/email you to inform you of cancellations and to reschedule.
