We offer complimentary 30-minute phone consultations. This is to ensure that both you and your therapist are a good fit for one another. Research shows the relationship between you and your therapist has the biggest impact on the effectiveness of your therapy.
Our fees for services are as follows:
50-minute adult individual sessions are $175;
50-minute couples, family and teen sessions are $200;
On a case-by-case basis, we may recommend alternate session length; fees for these sessions are prorated per the above rates.
Please note that 15 minutes a month of outside casework (emails, scheduling, etc.) is included in the session rate. If you require additional communication or are working with a treatment team where best practice requires your therapist to coordinate care with other providers, you will be charged for that time. Fees are prorated per the session rates above.
Insurance
We do not accept insurance, however, we are able to provide an invoice or superbill on request for you to submit to your health insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement to you. Many insurance companies reimburse for out-of-network providers. Please check with your insurance provider about your specific coverage and deductibles.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of your appointment. Health savings accounts and all major credit cards are accepted for payment. A valid credit card number will be required to book your initial session - we will ask you to create an account through IvyPay, a HIPPA-compliant phone app prior to meeting you the first time.
Cancellation Policy
We require 24-hour's notice for cancellations. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, you will be required to pay the full cost of the missed session. This is because notice allows us to call our wait-list to refill that appointment time.
